If you are already a paid user of Wordminion and want to cancel your subscription, just log in to your dashboard, navigate to Account settings, scroll down to the bottom, and click the Cancel My Subscription button.
Refund Request
We will grant refunds within 5 calendar days of your first subscription of either monthly, yearly, or lifetime subscription. You must reach out to our team at team@wordminion.com within those 5 days. We will not grant refunds beyond that point.
Please note:
- We will not refund unused months or annual subscriptions.
- We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we find you violating our terms of service or fair use policies.
Cancellation Request
You can cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your billing cycle in case if you are subscribed for either a monthly or yearly plan.
The cancellation will remove any discounts or coupons (if any) from your account. If you choose to resubscribe in the future, past discounts, promotions, and/or coupon codes will not be applied.
General account info
- Your subscription is renewed automatically at the end of each month or a year (depending on your subscription plan, not applicable to the lifetime plan).
- You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time.
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate the service(s) WordMinion offers for any reason, without notice at any time.
- Fraud and/or Violation of Terms of Services: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your wordMinion account if we suspect that you (by conviction, settlement, insurance or investigation, or otherwise) have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the services offered by us. We reserve the same right if we suspect that you have violated our terms of service.
